Loser! (2024)
“Loser!” was my first of two semester-long short film projects completed during junior year at RISD.
The story is based on a phenomenon I observed during my time on the drumline in my high school’s marching band-- everyone thinks band kids are insufferable nerdy losers, but if you say you’re on the drumline, you’ll regain some cool points. Clearly I let that ego boost get to my head, as seen through this silly musical short film which features my favorite drumline cadence I played in high school.
